Pat Pettengill
Technical Director
Jim Browne
Technician

I have been working at the Derry Opera House since 2002 and started as volunteer staff as an Assistant Tech Director in 2008. My career background is structural engineering and heavy construction which led me into over 15 years in stage lighting and rigging alongside almost 20 years in live sound. I have worked for several local production companies and learned so much from professionals in our field locally and nationally. In 2015 I was made one of the Opera House's Tech Directors and enjoy both helping our clients use the space safely, efficiently, and to have the best show possible as well as directly working for them as a lighting and sound engineer. I have seen the Opera House grow and improve over nearly 20 years and look forward to being part of keeping this space at its best and safest for the next 20!
