Friday, May 17 @ 7:00 pm & Saturday, May 18 @ 1 pm & 7 pm Kids Coop Theatre present Suessical The Musical The Cat in the Hat tells the story of Horton, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust containing Whos, including JoJo, a Who child sent off to a butter battling military school for thinking too many "thinks."  Horton's attention to the speck of dust is his "loitering" care of Mayzie LaBird's egg has elicited taunting and accusations from the rest of the animal kingdom, except for Gertrude McFuzz, who longs for h is attention, and JoJo, whose "thinks" save them all in the end.  Tickets $15 & $12 for students and seniors.

Sunday, May 19 @ 2 pm Henderson's Pickin' Parlor & The Parlor Pickers & The Lil Ole Opry present Lil Ole' Opry Jamboree a Tribute to Patsy Cline.  Featuring Grand Ole Opry Star Colene Walters, The Joe Gibson Band and Nashville Rash. Colene Walters brings the legendary music of country superstar Patsy Cline to life in this fitting tribute that is sure to have you singing and swaying in your seats. Sunday, May 26 @ 4 pm Not Your Mom's Musical Theater presents Something Wonderful I Missed: The Musicals of 1973.  Not Your Mom's Musical Theater presents part two of its acclaimed five-part series, Something Wonderful I Missed - an enlightening concert series featuring performances from musicals you might have missed! Saturday, June 1 @ 7 pm Greater Derry Arts Council presents the Derry Opera House Variety Showcase. A Fundraiser Event for the Greater Derry Arts Council.  Come and see local talent, from dancing, to bands, to soloists.  Featuring Dance Progressions, Let's Play Music, Derry's Got Talent and Kids Coop Theatre. The Opera House Box Office is open for advance ticket sales for shows produced by the Greater Derry Arts Council from 4:00 - 6:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays.  You may request ticket reservations by phone (603) 437-0505, and we will pass the request on to the production company.  You may purchase tickets at the door prior to each performance.  Many shows have local ticket outlets for advance sales or Internet e-ticketing at the production company's web site (see links above).

All ticket sales are general admission, with non-designated and non-reserved seating.  However, balcony seats may be reserved for use by the individuals who have sponsored those seats through our 2000 Capital Fund Drive.  At 10 minutes prior to curtain time, any reserved but unoccupied balcony seats also become available for general seating.  Seating on the main floor is flexible.  Handicapped patrons may request seating space in any row.
